As Finance Team Training Director at GrowCFO, she works with finance leaders to deliver training programs to upskill their teams and prepare them for the future of finance.
Catherine is a Fellow of the ICAEW and originally qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte. Her career has spanned the tech, telecoms, media and financial services industries in the UK, Europe and the US.
She has led both large and small finance teams. She was the VP of Finance at Depop where she integrated the finance team with the Etsy group after it was acquired. She led FP&A at O2 through its merger with Virgin Media. Catherine has also advised multiple executive teams on public and private exit processes, delivered finance transformation initiatives and is well versed in the challenges finance teams face.
Catherine is also a big advocate for philanthropy and skills-based volunteering. She has consulting roles at Cranfield Trust, The Fore and Impetus, and is studying a masters degree in Philanthropic Studies. In collaboration with Charterpath, she manages Leading with Impact, GrowCFO’s personal and social impact program for finance leaders.
